However, when spraying on the surface of castings, porous substrates and components with disordered structure, the powder rate at the corners is low, and pinholes are easy to appear on the film surface.

In the experiment, through the selection of functional additives, especially after the use of porous substrate wetting agent, we not only improved the powder loading rate at the edges and corners, but also improved the appearance and various physical functions of the film.

3 physical and chemical function test

During the experiment, rutile titanium dioxide was used as pigment to test the physical and mechanical functions and chemical corrosion resistance of modified epoxy heavy-duty anti-corrosion powder coating at room temperature.

Note: all samples shall be tested after being placed in a constant temperature and humidity room for 24h, and shall be resistant to medium immersion for 90d
